Sweep or vacuum as needed with a soft-bristle attachment to remove loose fur and grit before it scratches the finish.

For weekly deep cleans, use a barely damp microfiber mop and a pH-neutral, pet-safe hardwood floor cleaner—never over-wet the surface.

Wipe up accidents and disinfect immediately with a soft cloth, then let the floor air-dry fully to protect both the wood and your pet’s paws.

Steller’s patented assembly system lets you instantly pop out only the damaged plank, so you don’t have to rip up the whole floor. Simply use the provided Suction Cup to lift it out, and either clean off the stain, repair the polyurethane or swap in a new plank. The new plank can be sourced from elsewhere in the room or from us.

Locate the damaged plank, apply the suction cup to one of the ends of the plank and stand wide to either side of the target. Dry or clean the subfloor as needed, position the new or repaired plank in the open space, and press firmly - often by stepping on the plank - until you hear the click. It’s a straightforward, tool-free process that any pet owner can master in minutes.
