Install & Care

Ensure Subfloor Flatness
Subfloors should be flat and dry within ⅛″ over 8–10 ft and free of debris. More Info: Preparing for a Steller Floor: Site Recommendations

Control Indoor Climate
Maintain 35–50 % relative humidity at 65–80°F to prevent wood movement. If your home is outside this range: More Info: Acclimation Information

Routine Cleaning
Use a damp (not dripping) microfiber mop or cloth with a hardwood-safe cleaner. For small spills (less than 1 cup), simply wipe up. More Info: How to Clean a Steller Hardwood Floor

Deep Cleaning & Spills
For large spills (more than 1 cup) or stubborn stains: Remove affected planks, clean both plank and subfloor, let everything dry, then reassemble. More Info: Deep Cleaning Guide
